1. 50% of the contract price on acceptance of the quote.
2. 40% of the contract price on factory inspection
3. Final Payment 10% on completion of installation and within 7 days of the final invoice date.
4. All payments to be made to Inhouse Design & Concepts Ltd. and can be deposited via direct credit to the bank account number 02­0456­0056213­00 with your name in the reference field.

Our installation allows for sufficient time on site relative to the size and intricacy of your requirements. Any subsequent visits due to circumstances beyond our control may incur further cost (i.e. returning to scribe toe kicks following floor laying etc).

We take every possible precaution to ensure that no damage is done while installing your project. Inhouse Design & Concepts Ltd will make every effort to avoid any damage when cabinetry is fitting tightly to walls or ceilings, however, in this event it is the owner’s responsibility.

When we were planning the renovation of our old house we had some very specific ideas about how we wanted our kitchen to look. That look was a little different to what most people were doing and I quickly discovered that none of the bigger kitchen 'chains' could be flexible or creative enough to produce what we wanted. I was recommended Inhouse Designs and went along to see Brendan. He understood what I was tying to achieve and had a strong 'can do' attitude to all my unusual requests. He spent many hours drawing and amending plans until we were totally happy with the design. His planning and execution of the job was meticulous and we now have a stunning and totally unique kitchen which we love. His after-service care is also excellent...we recently got a new dishwasher and as the hoses were different lengths & sizes to the previous ones we needed new holes to be cut at the back of the cabinets. Brendan came round that afternoon and sorted this out for us, and even went so far as to actually install the dishwasher for us! As a result we have used Brendan again and again...to totally refit our laundry, build a study nook and do all our bathroom cabinetry. We shall also be getting him back again soon to build in some bookcases. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Inhouse Designs if you are planning a new kitchen or bathroom, or just need any cabinet making jobs done.
